Hello, guys!
My MMI display started to be dim, even though outside it was sunny. I thought there was something wrong with the brightness settings, so I started making some changes. No results, of course. The screen remained dim. I was already thinking I had to drive 70 miles to my approved service center to fix the issues.
But guess what? It turned out the ambient light sensor (you know, which is responsible for automatically adjusting the dashboard brightness), was covered by a piece of paper I had there for a reason (forgot which one). What happened was that the car considered it was dark. This is why it dimmed the display according to the light, haha!
Maybe this would help someone!
