Error code U011200 after software update

I few weeks ago my car's software failed to update. It happened twice. One week later, the dealer said it had been successful.
Now, the car encounters a communication fault (error code U011200). It is about the communication with the Battery Energy Control Module B. Now my car is waiting for repair. Any similar experiences, guys? In 40k miles I had no issues at all...
