Adding fog lights

So I own a 2016 Audi A3 etron premium and I love it. Odd thing is I’m almost certain it doesn’t have fog lights. Can fog lights be added in the factory location and if so how big of an issue is it? I’m going to upgrade to LED headlights anyway so. Please advise. Thank you.

You’re right, the 2016 Audi A3 e-Tron Premium doesn’t come with factory fog lights, but they can be added.
