With a lot of free time right now, I checked the maintenance schedule for my 2017 A3 E tron. It recommends transmission oil and spark plugs to be changed at 40k miles. This seems too soon in my experience. Spark plugs usually last 60K plus miles and half the mileage on this car is electric. So really only 20k miles on the engine. Transmission oil seems to last longer as well.
Is the DSG transmission needing more frequent service?
What are your thoughts on these two recommendations?
